If you live in Canada, have a valid work permit as a Live-in Caregiver and were approved to participate in the Live-in Caregiver Program at a visa office outside of Canada, you may apply for permanent residence as a live-in caregiver.

You must have completed at least two years of work as a live-in caregiver within three years from the date you entered Canada. This requirement is strictly observed.
